V Band Clamps
V Band clamps also known as V band coupling, create a quick, secure seal between mating flanges on turbochargers, exhaust systems and process piping. Their self-centering V profile delivers even radial force, while high tensile bolts resist vibration and extreme heat—up to 900 °C. Available in stainless or plated steel, they save space and cut assembly time for OEM engineers.
V band clamps deliver a fast, rigid and leak‑free connection for flanged joints. A tapered V‑profile seats on the mating flanges while a high‑strength T‑bolt applies uniform radial force.
