Rubber Lined Clamps

This clamp range is used mainly in automotive sector for securing cables, hoses and pipes with rubber lining provides protection against impacts and vibration.

Rubber lined clamps are manufactured in 12,7 mm, 15,9mm and 20,0 mm bandwidths from hot dipped galvanized steel, stainless steel or mild steel with Cr+3 zinc coating. M6 and M8 fixing hole alternatives are available. EPDM, CR, NBR or MVQ profiles can be used for rubber lining.

 

Rubber Lined Clamps

Our rubber-lined P clamps wrap a U-shaped steel band in a resilient EPDM, neoprene, silicone, nitrile or Viton cushion that absorbs vibration, stops galvanic contact and protects hose covers. 

Produced in bandwidths of 12.7 mm, 15.9 mm and 20 mm from W1 zinc-plated steel, W3 AISI 430, W4 AISI 304 or W5 AISI 316, they suit everything from engine bays to clean-room piping. Rounded edges and a flush rivet head prevent chafe points, while captive rubber lips seal against dust and splash.
