One Ear Clamp with Inner Rings
One ear clamp with inner ring is used for the fixing of delicate hoses. Thanks to the ring inside, it prevents the hose from being damaged and ensures a more homogeneous pressure.
Inner-ring one-ear hose clamps combine the speed of a standard single ear with a thin stainless-steel reinforcement ring that spreads the compression load. The result: leak-free sealing on delicate or soft-wall tubing without pinch marks.
How it works? The ear is crimped once, the inner ring equalises pressure 360°.
• W1 – zinc-plated St 34 band + AISI 301 inner ring
• W4 – AISI 304 band + AISI 301 inner ring
• Size range: Ø 7 to 20 mm across multiple bandwidths
• Finish: rounded edges, burr-free slot for safe assembly
