Locking Type Pre-Positioned Clamps
The locking P clamps, which are preferred especially in the assembly applications of fluid systems in the automotive sector, allow the clampto be pre positioned before the installation of the
system thanks to the lock design of our company,and by assembling in the main production areavery quickly, the operation time of the operator issignificantly shortened.
Our locking-type P clamps solve a common assembly headache. They snap onto the hose or pipe and stay in place while the module moves down the line, so operators need only one hand to tighten the bolt later. The patented side-lock we developed cuts takt-time by up to 40 % at several Tier-1 automotive plants.
Choose galvanised steel (W1) for cost-efficient indoor duty or AISI 304/316 stainless (W4/W5) plus EPDM, silicone, neoprene, nitrile or Viton lining for harsh environments. Rounded band edges protect hose covers, and each clamp is 100 % torque-tested before packing.
