Our worm drive hose clamps are manufactured according to DIN 3017 standard and maximum impermeability can be provided with minimum tightening torque.

As a hose clamp manufacturer with three decades of hose clamp manufacturing know-how, we produce DIN 3017-1 compliant worm-drive hose clamps that seal reliably with low tightening torque.

Materials

•    W1 zinc-plated carbon steel for budget-sensitive projects
•    W3 AISI 430 stainless (medium corrosion resistance)
•    W4 AISI 304 and W5 AISI 316 stainless for marine, food & pharma duty
•    Band design – non-perforated inner surface, rolled edges prevent hose damage.
•    Screw types – slotted/hex or 6-lobe; Grade 8.8 carbon or AISI 304/316 stainless.
