Heavy duty clamps manufactured according to DIN 3017 standard provide a unique fixing and uniform sealing pressure for high vibration and large diameter applications of agriculture, automotive and other industrial sectors.

Heavy Duty Clamps

Our portfolio covers two heavy duty hose clamp types:

•    Super T-Bolt Clamps – fixed bridge, grade 8.8 bolt; ideal for thick-wall hoses.
•    Supra Heavy-Duty Clamps – swivelling bridge for fast assembly where hose removal is impossible.

Both designs share a 360° band seat with rolled edges that protect the hose, while the captive nut & spacer deliver uniform sealing pressure. 

Options include W1 zinc-plated carbon steel, W2 AISI 430, W4 AISI 304 and W5 AISI 316 stainless – giving you the flexibility to specify the exact heavy duty metal clamps your application demands.
